Glands

The components for these Glands are machined locally and assembled right here at Sema. These are a 100% New Zealand made Product and every Gland is cleaned and tested by somebody here at Sema (sometimes that somebody is me!) before you receive it.

The Sema Gland is CNC'd from 316 stainless steel and has a Nitrile Rubber sealing washer and compression washer. The thread is 3/4' BSP (requires a 25mm hole)

The locknut, which is also 316 Stainless Steel, is domed on one side to prevent it gouging the inside of the can when it is tightened.
